My new GE washer worked fine, as expected, for the almost 2 months I had used it to clean 6-7 loads. But then it stopped working about 6 1/2 weeks ago. Waiting for technician David was (almost!) worth the wait because he was prompt, polite, and experienced. He was able to deduce a loose connection and secure it, a rubber lid stopper that was found trapped in the lid latch, and an electrical plug that formerly worked but had evidently gone rogue...he is an excellent diagnostician and a huge credit to GE - my only complaint is that you do not provide enough Davids to do these jobs, and my prolonged wait would not have been necessary had you, GE, provided more after-market support for your product.
Our technician David immediately recognized the problem, explained the cause and the repair, fixed the issue and was in and out in good time. Perfect!

Cancelled my appointment due to not answering the phone. They called at 840am and I called back at 846am and the driver cancelled the appointment. My time slot for arrival was from 830-930am and did not get that info until 847am when they left a voicemail. On top of all this it took a month to have them come out and then wanted to reschedule me out another 10days

Dave was great! We told him what was happening to our freezer, he knew what I thought was happening. After he checked that out and I asked him another question about the refrigerator also having some icing on it. He immediately put two and two together and saw my two fridge doors were not closing correctly and he leveled out the doors and the bar in the middle is working now when you close both doors! That was actually the problem for the freezer issue, also! He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I was very impressed with him and would refer his service to my family and friends! We recently moved and on the advice of the mover we got new hoses for the washing machine and the water hose to the refrigerator. The washer worked fine but we were not getting any water from the refrigerator. Richard is personable person and a wonderful technician, very informative and was able to answer all my questions and concerns; However my LG washer Dryer combo still doesn't dry my clothes and I strongly recommend no one to buy this item. It seems to be a known issue with this product and as of now Home Depot or LG doesn't want to stand behind the product. I called a week after it was delivered to complain after trying to give it a fair shot with all the different modes it offers such as towels, bedding, jeans ect. ; I haven't been able to use them all but none of them offer the extended dry on their cycles, only the dry cycle offers the extended time dry. Water also comes out of the lint trap every time you open or shut the machine door or to take the lint dryer out. 😡

Front load washers are notorious for collecting gunk and grime in the door gasket seal even with regular cleaning and disinfecting. After nine years, it was time to have our seal replaced. Robert from Eve Services was superb! He arrived within the timeframe given, replaced the seal and even provided tips on an issue we are experiencing with our upstairs unit. We appreciated Robert’s punctuality, professionalism and exceptional service. Also, his extra assistance in restacking our units! Scheduled appointment at a specific time the man showed up early, but I wasn’t expecting him. Nor did I hear him ring the doorbell he never did show up for my scheduled appointment so I called the office and they said he wouldn’t return because I wasn’t home when he came the first time. What’s the point of having an appointment? This company doesn’t value the customers time.

Our experience for our broken dryer door was very fast to take off and install about five minutes. The wait time was a little longer than we wanted, it took a little over three weeks to get the door but after that it was nice an easy.

Richard was great and timely. Diagnosed the issue and was able to get parts and the fridge fixed.
Instead of using heat to try to reshape the freezer gasket so there would be no gaps at the top which had been letting air in, which caused frost to build up on the top in the freezer, David adjusted the freezer door so the gasket fits flush all around the freezer.We will see in a couple days if that solved the problem with our new refrigerator, but from the way things look I think we’re good! David arrived on time and was very professional. Here are some before and after photos.

David came out to look at our LG dryer that had been making a lot of racket and not drying as well as we wanted. He quickly found that we had accumulated several dryer sheets and years of lint on the blower wheel. It's running MUCH quieter now and drying should be much better. Highly recommend Eve Appliance repair! The whole staff was kind and courteous from start to finish and the repairman David was very prompt on both occasions! Upon examining our refrigerator the first visit, David thought it could be a couple of issues so ordered parts. When he returned with the parts a few days later, he said we only needed one of the parts after all to fix the problem so we saved several hundred dollars, plus will be getting a refund of $19. We appreciated his honesty and was grateful for the service we received! Very satisfied customer!!

This guy came in getting the job done checking everything out. We were letting him know what was going on with the refrigerator. Our ice and the waterspout for our refrigerator to make the water come out and the ice to be made. He did a great job in explaining what was needed and what was going on with the refrigerator why the food was being frozen in the top of the fridge he let us know we were blocking the vents and that’s what was causing the food to freeze in the top of the refrigerator. How awesome is that?

David corrected an issue which occurred when my fridge was installed in my house in February. My fridge was becoming warm and the freezer was still working in May. He determined that the fridge was not leveled causing it to lean forward creating a gap in the freezer drawer. I had to throw out my fridge contents. The service was great however getting someone to come and handle it , was a problem in communication with the phone access at the Eve Office and GE.

I highly recommend Kenzy! When I first moved in and my washer and dryer wasn’t working (April 6th) a maintenance man at the apartments came to fix it about a week later then said something else is wrong and I haven’t had him to to look at it again since that (that I know of). On May 16th Kenzy came and he was in and out in about 15 minutes and he fixed the problem and even was nice to my pets. He tells you what he’s doing when he’s doing it and is super nice!

The compressor on my LG refrigerator/freezer failed at age 4 years 11 months and 15 days. That’s jut before the 5 year warranty ran out. I called called LG, they called their local service center for my area and within 2 days their local repair service had sent someone, Dave, to repair our equipment. Dave was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem quickly.

We would not recommend and we are also taking legal action for impersonating my identity for reviews as this was not the situation at all, they came in and diagnosed my washer with a transmission issue and luckily we had another appointment set after to ensure what he was quoted us was correct… it was not that at all… it was a simple $45 fix compared to their $600 fix.We did not get anything other than a $99 bill (: and were not good to go as they impersonated me.Very illegal and not compliant

I had a fantastic repair experience with this company. The technician actually arrived early for my appointment, which was a welcome change. Prior to his arrival, the technician contacted me to ensure early arrival would be alright. When the technician arrived, he was very respectful of my things and property. The technician went straight to work upon me showing him my appliance. He listened carefully as I described my issue, and listed all of the troubleshooting steps that I had already taken. He took the information that I provided him and was able to expertly build on it. He diagnosed my problem quickly and professionally, and was able to focus directly on the broken part. He disassembled the problem front panel carefully, he removed the parts that were defective and he assembled the new, working parts. He then replaced the front panel with great care, ensuring that he did not damage my appliance or scratch the finish. He conducted a thorough post-Installation function check to be sure that everything was working properly and to my satisfaction. He examined the broken part and shared with me the probable root cause of the failure. One signature from me and he was on the way to his next appointment. All - in - all, he was able to complete the job in less than an hour.I have absolutely no issue giving this company, and their skilled technician staff, my strongest recommendation. I will definitely continue to use them for my appliance repair needs.
